Manzanillo Fishing Report

December 2009

Fishing has been hit or miss. Sailfish are everywhere but nearly impossible to get to bite. We were dropping live baits right on there noses without strikes. Hopefully the new moon will activate the bite shortly. A few marlin are being taken at 20 miles off shore. Dorado & Sierra Have moved down the coast. We should see some new fish coming in as water conditions look to remain very good through January.  We are running a special price due to lack of tourism 250 usd for a 5 hour trip. Were can you beat that!!!
Temp 80 degrees today with a light wind out of the south. Blue water about 12 miles offshore
Good luck to all of our fellow fishing & merry christmas to everybody.

OCTOBER 2009  Manzanillo Fishing

Welcome to deep sea fishing Manzanillo 2009 season
October has started out very promising. Good warm water Currents along with good ocean upwellings have fish here in abundance. Sailfish & dorado are being caught already 2.8 miles off shore. We usually do not see the numbers we are seeing until way into November.
The only thing stopping us right now is the weather.
Tropical storms& then Hurricane Rick have kept us at the dock
In our four trips before the storm we had fish every time out.
Lori from Manzanillo Real estate boated two Wahoo in September along with a sailfish & Dorado. Unheard of for that time of year.
We are expecting greater numbers of fish this year, & look forward to many fisherman braving the tough economic times this season.
We will be updating our fishing report every month this season & anybody can get an up to date fishing report by contacting us anytime.
24hr response time.  We know where the fish are & what they are hitting on.
Hurricane Rick has just passed by & we will be back out there tomorrow.

Manzanillo Fishing Report for September

Fishing has been hit or miss!!
Weather is the determining factor!!
In between storms & rain fishing has been good. Dorado, Tuna, & a suprisingly good summer for pacific sailfish. But the stormy & rainy days have kept us off the water alot. season packages are starting to book up Jan1st - Jan15th is open & last year we boated 16 marlin in those two weeks.

Tourny in November is right around the corner!!!
We have three seats availabe right now. Cost this year is 800.00 U.S. for entry fee per line Plus 250.00 per day for the boat per person.
Exciting days with big prices!!!!

I am looking forward to an exciting season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
